Hazard by Zhiah Hazard by Zhiah
:iconartcrossing: gift for :iconilenai:. She's a chemistry student who collects all kinds of earrings, therefore I made her a set of earrings with the european hazard symbols on them, which she can wear according to her mood. From left to right:

1.Harmful
2. Highly flammable
3. Toxic
4. Corrosiv
5. Explosiv
and my personal favourite:
6. Dangerous for the environment

Sure, why not. You'd have to wait until Mid-August, though. I am currently working on my thesis, and hardly have the time to write this ;P

Okay.. these are cool. The four middle symbols are the same in Canada, but I've never seen the first and last ones before!

plus, not only are they cool and informational, they're also inspirational considering I'm about to try my hand at playing with shrinking plastic myself ;)

They are absolutely amazing! It's a great idea! (and these really sometimes match my moods ...) ... and I also have a secret love for mismatched earrings, really, I'm grateful for this gift!! And I also admire how did you manage to draw the little pictures so neat, they are beautifully done! Thank you so much!

I am glad you like them :D. And I didn't have to draw the images so tiny, the earings were made with shrinking plastic... you draw your picture on a sheet of special plasic transparency, cut it and then apply heat to it. The heat lets the plasic including your image shrink and at the same time become thicker and more stable.

These would have been nice too, although they are rather unusual in Europe, therefore I used the symbols I am more familiar with...
